Dżem (literally "jam") is a Polish blues rock band formed in 1973. The lead singer from 1973 to 1994 was Ryszard Riedel, from 1995 to 2000 Jacek Dewódzki, and the current vocalist is Maciej Dalcar.

The name of the band comes from an incident in 1974. The band was originally called Jam, as a reference to musical jamming. During a phone call a concert organisator misheard the band name as "Dżem" which means "jam" (as in fruit preserves) in Polish. The band liked the name, since it now had a double meaning. It was therefore left like that.
