Exodus Bonded by Blood

Album cover for Bonded by Blood.

Bonded by Blood is the first studio album by Exodus. It was recorded and completed in the summer of 1984, but not officially released until 1985; the reason it was delayed was because of issues with Exodus and its record label. Bonded by Blood is considered one of the most influential thrash metal albums of all time, utilizing the solo trade-off method which would later become a staple of many thrash and death metal songs. This would be Exodus' only studio album to feature Paul Baloff on vocals.
